There are no further doctor-care fees for your initial pathway.
Your Initial Medical Care fee is split into two payments:
£300 today, to begin your pathway and complete all medical preparation, and £60 later, when you book your consultation with the doctor.
Both payments are required to complete your initial care. Medication is billed separately.

Step 1
Secure Your Initial Medical Care
This confirms your place on the programme and allows our team to begin the clinical process.

Step 2
Complete Your Medical Questionnaire
You will be guided to complete the Doctor’s Medical Questionnaire. This provides your medical history, medications, symptoms, and background information required for safe prescribing.
Step 3
Arrange Your Blood Test
Our admin team will forward your details to our pathology partner, Nationwide Pathology, within 24 hours.
Nationwide will contact you so you can book your blood test directly
Step 4
Doctor Consultation & Review
Once your blood results have been received and clinically interpreted by our team, you will receive an email inviting you to book your consultation with the doctor.
£60 paid at the time of booking

This confirms your place in the programme.

Step 2.
Complete your Doctor’s Medical Questionnaire
Once payment is complete, you will receive an email with a link to your detailed medical questionnaire.
This step:

Provides the doctor with your full medical history, medications and symptoms.

Allows us to confirm that treatment is safe and appropriate for you.

Helps the doctor decide on the correct investigations and monitoring.
After submitting your medical questionnaire:

Your information will be reviewed by our clinical team

Your questionnaire will be added to your secure medical file

You will be prepared for the blood test process
The doctor will not proceed without this information.

Step 3.
Arrange Your Blood Test
Once Step 2 is completed, within 24 hours, our team will forward your clinical details to our pathology partner, Nationwide Pathology.
You will then:

book your blood test manually with Nationwide at a time that is convenient to you

attend your appointment
-
await laboratory processing
These blood tests are essential, they allow the doctor to safely determine whether treatment can begin.

Step 4.
Doctor Consultation & Review
Once your blood results have returned and been interpreted:
You will be invited to book your doctor consultation through email (£60 will be charged when booking your doctor consultation)
During this appointment:

Your blood results will be reviewed in full detail

Your eligibility for treatment will be confirmed

Your treatment plan will be explained step by step

Any clinical concerns will be addressed
If clinically appropriate, a prescription will be issued at this stage.
Medication is charged separately and only supplied if the doctor approves treatment.

IMPORTANT.
This programme provides private medical care.
The £360 fee covers your entire initial medical pathway and is non-refundable, as it includes clinical work and laboratory services which cannot be reversed once started.
This fee does not include the cost of medication or pens.
A prescription is only issued if clinically appropriate following full assessment.

Patients must:

Agree to declare all health conditions

Agree to share clinical notes with their NHS GP
Patients requiring additional monitoring
(sometimes accepted with enhanced safety measures):

History of pancreatitis

Severe gastrointestinal issues (e.g. gastroparesis)

Kidney concerns
-
Diabetic retinopathy
-
Family history of thyroid cancer
-
Previous severe reaction to Mounjaro or its ingredients
